EXCELLENT SERVICE

<p>I called Miway today with the aim of cancelling my policy with them because of the high premium that I am am paying every month. They put me through to the Snr Advisor Henry Shongwe . Wow what an excellent advisor. I wish all companies could have a person like that, A people's person, a person who knows what a customer is. This guy is amazing. I told him that I want to cancel y policy and he said before you can cancel it, tell me what could be the reason for me cancelling this policy.I told him that my premium is very high, I'm currently ayng R1009 per months, so I want to cancel it because I got a better offer at Outsurance for R792. He said it is fine lets see what we can do for you. Then he went through my policy and he came up with a premium of R432. I was so happy. so I decided to remain with them. Henry what you did for me pls do it to others as well. You know your job and you know what you are ****. Keep up the good work. God Bless you.</p>
