Excellent Service

<p>Hi, I would like to thank MiWay but more importantly an employee by the name of Poeletso Maloka. i have received a mail stating that my premium would be increased and was unhappy. the initial consultant advised that nothing could be done and that the increase is due to labour cost's in the event that my vehicle is damaged. to me, this was unacceptable and requested a cancellation of my policy. At the time, i was to seek cover with another company. i was contacted by Poeletso and she assured me that there was something that could be done. I have received the most professional service to date and Poeletso ensured that as a client, my needs will be priority to MiWay. She made me feel like a valued client to MiWay and got my premiums to be adjusted to suit my budget without any compromise of the cover. Poeletso is definitely an asset to MiWay and is flying the company flag high. thank you once again.</p>
