excellent service

<p>I was assisted by Tebogo Pitjeng from miway. I only phoned in to get my policy number for my vehicle and also wanted to change some info on my policy. He assisted me swiftly and provided additional information of my instalment and informed me that there will be an instalment going of today and the rest on the 20th. I informed him that it will not be possible and after talking to his manager and checking their systems they saw that i already paid the instalment the month before. They apologised and fixed the error. The consultant provided me with additional information which helped me avoid a problem. He also called me back when my airtime ran out. He assisted me patiently while my PC was slow. Even when i got upset the agent remained friendly and helpful and swiftly fixed the error. Tebogo thank you for the excellent service </p>
