Excellent service

<p>I would like to flag an outstanding service rendered by Zandile when I was calling for the second time. After being dropped by the 1st Agent who promised to arrange a Towing Truck and get back to me for an update. So 2 hours went by with with no updates from Reinad and with no Tow Truck.</p> <p> </p> <p>And when I called the second time and spoke with Zandile within 30min she organised everything although it was late at the time for my car to go to the mechanic because it was pass Six to 7. But she managed to gather everything together. And had my car Towed to my work place.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very grateful of her service, I wish I spoke to her from the begining as the ear where my car got stack was dangerous Zandile managed to rescue me. And my call ***.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to propose a raise for her as she goes an extra mile and knows how to put herself on the shoes of customers when they call in with quiries.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p>Zuko Booi</p>
