<p>I spoke to a consultant Kitso about policy updates she was extremely helpful..A few days later a competitor from another insurance offered me a better deal however i called Miway again and this time i was transferred to NKOSi a senior at Mway and he expedited my issues and gave me a better rate for my comprehensive covers on two vehicles and household content cover. i am so grateful and pleased with both of these individuals from Miway and hope that they can be commended for their professionalism and helpfulness. great job guys ..keep it up in the true spirit of Ubuntu</p>
