<p>Hi. I just want you to know that you have an exceptional employee, Nyiko in your client service department. His calm, patient manner was a great help to me when my frustration was at an all-time high. His friendly voice and professionalism put me at ease. He called me back on my request as my call got disconnected on my first attemp with another consultant. He even did a follow up after to make sure that my vehicle was picked up. Nyiko is definitely an asset to your company and after frustrating calls and almost wanting to change my insurance, I can now say that Nyiko is part of the reasons I am keeping my insurance with Miway.
