Excellent service

<p>Received excellent service from Hendry Shongwe today. Due to bad service from one of the consultants who couldn't explain to me the reasons for the increase on my premium after I had requested changes to some of my details, I wanted to cancel the policy and Hedndry took over and assisted me with the process and assisted with the reducing the premium which was a little bit high after the changes. Thank you Hendry. I will not be cancelling my policy due to your assistance. </p>
