I feel i must now retract the above "Excellent Service" review. Mosa at Miway has failed to service my request inspite of follow up emails and telephone calls. I'm disappointed that a simple request for retrieval of historic invoices has now balooned into an intractable problem that requires escalation to management and still fails to be resolved 3 days later. Mosa has been too eager to get appraised at HelloPeter and yet too not showing the same enthusiasm to resolve my query.
