excellent service

<p>i was not happy about the higher rate i was paying on my insurance account. I called two months back asking for a better quote and the consultant could not assist me according to my expectations. Yesterday i called again with the aim of cancelling my policy with my way and join other insurance company. I spoke to Bongiwe who promise to log a call for someone to call me and assist on cancellation. This never happened and i had to call again today and the consultant was not helpful. She took my Id wrongly and said to me she ia tranferring me to 11th floor. After about 10 minutes holding she said she cant pick up my ID number on the system. My complaint about her is she never communicated that she is checking my policy so that i must hold. I was holding the line patiently just to get someone who cant cancel. After another 10 minutes Thapelo answeredthe call and i was already on the bad mood to cancel but he was able to ask me what was the reason of cancelling and ask me if i can give him a chance to see if he can do something. In short Thapelo was the best from anyone i met at miway and was helpful. Im now happy to bea miway client. </p>
