<p>I had the opportunity of speking to : Buhle Nkuna from Miway Insurance from the Midrand team and I must comend Miway for employing such a proffessional, pleasant and competent person in their team. Insurance is a service and the personmakes the decision whether we continue dealing with Miway or not especially if you are querying the increase in premuims and also notice there is s increase in excess. (which strssed me out as I beleive premuim prices increase but not excess.Buhle was the ultimate proffessional. She diffusede the situation, gave me a better price and above all she was human.
