Excellent service!

Very happy with the service I have received from Kutlo. He was really patient and made sure that everything we have discussed reflected correctly on my policy. Although I phoned the call centre, when the phone call accidentally, he called me right back. While waiting for an operator to pick up, I was given the option to select so that they can call me back and pick up the charge for the call.
