Great customer service/ overall service from Thabane Mnguni, as he has outdone himself. I am pleased to say that unexpectedly a follow up call done on the policy that I had taken with MiWay Insurance. Much to say I am extremely pleased with such service with without a doubt rate him as an over achiever :-) as it is so rear that you find such individuals within an organization these days.
