On my first call of calling MIWAY Insurance, Thato assisted me efficiently and promptly. With all the stress and anxety of not knowing what is wrong with my car, Thato kept calm and that made me calm down and at ease that he will sent someone to where I was. His prompt response proves that we are safe and help will come to us as soon as possible. His response thereafter, receiving a call from him post my claim, was thoughtful and really appreciated.
