Excellent serivce

Nyiko answered my call for help and he listened to my story. within 2 minutes after my call I got the case number. After some few minutes the technician was in my house. Nyiko also made a follow up to find out if I getting assisted. After the technician have left Nyiko called again to check if I am happy with the job rendered by the technician.
