<p>Today i asked for premium review and dealt with Thabang at Miway, i tell you this guy is Amazing and it was my second encounter with him. Initially i wanted to cancel my insurance with Miway because one of their competitors offered me less premium and i called Miway wanting to cancel . Thabang took me through my policy and made me see quality insurance with disclosures from Miyway Vs the other insurance that actually did not tell me everything about features and disadvantages of my policy &nbsp;but only highlighted the lower premium that was offered to me. So i stayed with Miway even though my premium was higher than the competitor because of disclosures and excellent retention s****s by Thabang. Today i asked for premium reduction&nbsp; and my call was transferred to Thabang and it was a hassle free exercise, he always ask the right questions and is great at listening to his clients. My premium was reduced by R227 by Thabang and it's such a great experience to deal with a proffessional like him who is knowledgeable and is a great listener. Well done to Miway for hiring valuable staff like Thabang, keep it up!!!</p>
