Excellent road-side assistance!
I am giving a 5 out of 5 rating for the MiHelp Assistance that I received last week Wednesday (23 September 2020). While driving on the N17, I got a puncture in one of my tyres. I phoned MiWay and I dealt with Enock Lamola, who was very professional and friendly; he kept me up-to-date telephonically as well as via Whatsapp and SMS with regards to dispatching a Flat Tyre Assistant. Enock also showed concern by asking if I am in a safe place. Within about 40 minutes, the assistant arrived and changed my tyre. BIG UPS for an excellent and reliable service!
