Excellent road side assist from Miway

Had a breakdown this morning on Hendrik Potgieter drive, I called mi way insurance and got assisted by Ntokozo Sibeko who was very warm, eloquent and kept me informed throughout the process until the towing services arrived. He also called my company to inform them about my predicament. I was generally impressed with the service I received.
