Excellent respond to my claim and sending out help to the accident scene, procedures were clearly explained to me. All required documents were gathered and submitted via email. Awaiting response and a way forward from here so that I am able to give a complete feedback on the entire service. I am at ease as this is not my first claim and the first one was handled exceptionally well.
