I phoned the company on this day at about 12:30 and explained I lost my job and cant afford my premium anymore.The lady from Miway helped me immediately and discounted my premium.I am very thankful for the way it was handled,Iam just sorry I cant remember the lady name and hope the managers can recover her name and also give her the credit she deserves.
