I called myway to check if they had received the copy of the tracker installation certificate that i emailed replying back to an automatic myway email adress that sent me policy documents. The consultant then checked for the certificate and found that it was not there. She then provided me with her myway email adress so as to resend the document(certificate). After I sent the email with the certificate attached, she then confirmed having received the email with the attached certificate and then went the extra mile by advising me to take the car as soon as possible to the nearest vehicle inspection point (glassfit) since it was not showing on the records.
