Excellent Overall Service!

<p>My car broke down unexpectedly on the side of the road last night to which I then contacted my insurance, MiWay for roadside assistance. My call was taken by a polite and very delightful young lady by the name of Zandi Mfuphi who really made me feel at ease with my situation. She showed real interest and concern for my well being as she got the details and reassured help would arrive in no time and no later than 15 min later help arrived as the breakdown was onsite. What really stood out out for me was the exceptional reception from her taking my call and her genuine concern as she constantly maintained communication throughout ensuring that I was getting proper assistance. I commend her for proffessionalism and genuine helpfulness, thank you. </p>
