Excellent knowledge and client friendly

I spoke to a very friendly gentlemen this morning names Tumi Selau. My initial call was to cancel my policy with MiWay but he actually managed to retain me as a client by educating me and advising me of the benefits not just of MiWay but insurance in particular. He was patient, friendly and shared a lot of knowledge with me and I was dazzled. I appreciate the call back he gave me when my phone got cutt of and he is very professional and knows his product very well.
