Thabang Khesa showed excellent customer service when dealing with my query about my increasing premium, he has listened to my story and elaboratly explained to me how they calculate premiums and that i am already discounted. however basesd on that fact that i am already getting a discount from my employer Nedgroup Insurance i have ammicably called my policy with him (My Way form the 21st August 2015.<br> <br> Thanks again Thabang for great customer feedback.
