Excellent, Exceptional Customer Services

Not every car insurance company cares about you as a customer. Today I received a call from MiWay insurance and since these are difficult times in SA. My premium was a bit expensive for me as I am a breadwinner at home and I could not afford my insurance monthly without having to sacrifice something in order to make payments on my account.

I must say the level of experience, professionalism and Customers well-being are put first before the company needs, this amazing person who went out of her way to save me some money her name is Dimakasto Mokoena We need more people like her as supervisors.

She needs to be a Manager of the department and not a senior "Consultant" If I have a company right now, believe me, was going to run the department as she is there for the best interest of all customer
