Excellent & efficient service
I had to cancel my policy due to financial difficulties and was advised to retain relationship and insurance record with a minimum policy. Christiaan was efficient, communicated clearly with empathy and made me feel completely well looked after - best telephonic interaction that I have ever had with any financial company.
