Sooooo i woke up very late today, and only for me to wake up to a flat tyre. called miway roadside assistance line, and spoke to TUMISANG KOLWANE, who was super super friendly, fast and managed to calm me down coz honestly i was panicking. I asked for SLK towing as i know they are very close to me and he made sure that he dispatched them, for me that gave him points. He followed up with me constantly so, after all was done, he gave me a follow up call, if you ask me, he deserves BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD. big ups to you Tumi, from me you getting 10/10, miway deserves agents like you. Miway has never disappointed me and with people like you, i don't see myself changing insurance.
