I had issues with my cover ,after my work address changed.it happened that i sent the wrong spelling for my new place of work and it was captured wrongly which resulted in the premium being high, i told the lady who was asssisting me i am not happy with the changes but she could not do anything about it. the following day i called miway and then Buhle answered , i explained to her what my problem was she logged on to my profile review everything and realized that the suburb mentioned there does not exist in the area mentioned and she requested that i give her the exact name of the company I am working for and she searched the address then boom my premium was at least what i expected. she was so kind and patience with me.
