Really so happy and grateful for the excellent customer service I received from GIVEN KHOZA (Sales Consultant). I am a new customer who was busy looking in the market for a new Insurance Policy for our vehicle and the serviced I received was absolutely commendable. She took the time to call me and understand my need as a customer, she made me very comfortable and also made sure that I was well informed about all the information and products (made me understand my policy well, even thou I asked so many questions). Thank you for going the extra mile and making sure you met all my requirements. As a new customer (few hours only), I am really pleased and I hope my Journey with MiWay is going to be successful as the beginning.
