Excellent Customer Service : Tumisang Kolwane Miway
On the 30th December 2018, I experienced a problem with my car it couldn't start, so I went into the miway app then I registered my issue, within a second a Miway consultant by the name of Tumisang Kolwane contacted me. I was so impressed with the quick response and the way my issue was handled, he kept me posted and within an hour my car issue was fixed. Thank you for the EXCELLENT customer service Tumisang. Thank you also to Sibusiso for his prompt response.
