Found myself in an unfortunate event today of needing yet another roadside assistance. Lost my car keys, didn't know if they were inside the car or what, then i remembered Miway emergency WhatsApp number, sent a text to that WhatsApp and a wonderful gentleman by the name of ARON SIRWALI rep**** within seconds, i asked him to call me he did, i explained my situation and he advised he's gonna send a tech, which he did. Now when Aron knocked off he handed my case over to a sweet lady by the name of LETHABO HLABYAGO, OMG. Lethabo was like a gurdian angel, she called to check if tech had arrived, she also followed up with me to check if m home safe as I'm a young woman and its friday evening. Miway and its consultants never disappoints shame. Both Lethabo and Aron were so helpful, provided me with excellent customer service, went out of their way to make sure my car gets unlocked. I honestly don't know how i could ever thank them. I explained to Lethabo how scared i was, shame she listened and comforted me.
