excellent customer service. much appreciated

wanted to cancel my policy with them cause I couldn't afford the premium but he gave advise that I could not stay without this policy and offered to reduce my premium and I also wanted the policy to start on the first of may but he said it will start on the day that they will debit the premium which is the 26th of April and forward. <br> according to me that was an excellent service and I really appreciate the extra mile that he took.
