Excellent customer service from Phemelo and Thuthukile

I would like to thank Mr Phemelo Khunou and Ms Thuthukile Nkosi for the superb service, last week i traded my vehicle in for a new one and I immediately phoned Phemelo to update my policy, he then requested that Thuthukile assist me, the lady phoned phoned me back at exactly the time that i request to be called back, the service and professionalism was really out of this world, i was however not entirely satisfied with the premium and the matter was escalated to Phemelo, he worked his magic and voila! the premium went even lower than what i have anticipated. what was even more satisfying was that Thuthukile even went an extra mile by getting the outstanding information of the vehicle from the dealership on my behalf and gave me a call to let me know that the policy has been updated, I was and still am very impressed by these two wonderful beings. it is because of people like this that i have been with Miway for 6+Years now and i am sure i will be with Miway for many more years to come. Thank you ever so much colleagues, i really appreciate your efforts, Miway as an Organisation will be poorer without people like you. keep up the good work .
