Excellent customer service from Monday
I wanted my premiums reviewed as I felt I was paying too much on my insured items' premiums. I was assisted by Poeletso from Miway. In less than 5 minutes my premiums were decreased and ended up saving 356.00 from the previous premium. Her customer service was spot-on. She was friendly and PAID attention to my concerns.
