Excellent Customer Service from Mi-Way

Mi-Way provides excellent service. I contacted Mi-Way this morning and I was connected to Ntokozo Sibeko. I informed Ntokozo that we needed roadside assistance. Ntokozo was patient, kind and understanding and assured me that help will be arranged. This was done promptly and without fuss by Ntokozo. Ntokozo provided excellent customer service and I had an awesome client experience. Mi-Way staff such as Ntokozo Sibeko is the reason I gladly pay my premiums each and every month and he is an invaluable asset to Mi-Way.
