Of cause I was impressed however she misled me when i wanted to add Miwarranty cover for my vehicle, she told me that i could not add it as Miway for no longer offers the cover but when i called again a few days later, i got through to Ofentse who then told me the opposite and was even willing to quote me but i had already taken up the cover from another insurance provider. she could not even assist with my refund. to her credit though, she gets only Two Stars for her friendly behavior

Just received a call from Innocentia, she apologized and also explained that the lady that assisted me was still new in the company and that they would take steps (i.e training of stuff) to ensure that, that does not repeat itself.
