Excellent Customer Service from Katlego Mawela
I had an issue with my policy and called in as an unhappy client who was ready to jump ship on Tuesday, 27 January 2021. I was assisted by a very nice consultant by the name of Katlego Mawela, who went beyond her call of duty to ensure that my issue is resolved and I remain a client of MiWay after my dissatisfaction with the company. Considering that it was almost end of day when I called, I was very impressed by her patience, and her eagerness to go a step further to assist with my query. Keep up the good work Katlego!!!
