Excellent customer service from Bradley Lombard

I recently submitted a claim and was assisted by Bradley Lombard. He was clear, courteous and carried himself well throughout the process. It can be quite daunting to go through the claim process with all the necessary questions and validations, and Bradley showed excellent customer service skills throughout. The care and respect he expressed was professional and had just the right amount of personal warmth.
