Excellent customer service for emergency assistance from MiWay
I had a mechanical breakdown and needed emergency assistance. My advisor, Sibonelo Hlatshwayo, took me through each stage of process making sure I was assisted and following up on the service from the towing service provider (who was also great!). I haven't regretted leaving my previous insurance provider since moving to MiWay - I pay 50% less in premiums for excellent service. Thanks to the MiWay team!
