Excellent Customer Service

I have been with MiWay for a few years and have never needed their services so I was pleasantly surprised that when I needed the Roadside Assist, the agent, Teboho Moloi made it so simple and was so helpful and friendly. The assistance was received less than 15 minutes after the call and I would highly recommend MiWay. Well done, it is such a change to find a company that really knows what Customer Service is all about, and Teboho followed up to ensure all was in order and that the issue had been resolved.
