Excellent Customer Service by Kgomotso Mokoka

<p>I was really on the verge of cancelling my insurance with MiWay yesterday because i had been struggling for 2 weeks to get any satisfaction from the consultants i dealt with. I've been MiWay's client for many years and i wasnt happy with my revised premium. So when i wasnt getting any joy from the previous consultants i dealt with so i actually called to cancel my policy. Luckily Kgomotso came to the rescue and she managed to give me an affordable premium (she managed to really make my bday better). Its people like Kgomotso that really make it worth it to stay at MiWay, i really wish other consultants could learn from such awesome Customer Service. Bottomline is that we pay the premiums and all we wasnt is value for our money and not to be **********. Thanks again Kgomotso:-)</p>
