Excellent customer service!!!!!
Buhle Nkuna gave me a follow up call and ensured that I do not cancel my insurance as I have initially opted for. Instead, she offered me options and I settled for the reduction of my premium from a comprehensive cover to the lower one. The policy will be reviewed as and when is necessary. Thanks for her assistance.
