Excellent customer service and professional telephone etiquette

I happened to call MiWay insurance last Friday for them to review my policy premium which then I was told that they will call me for the review within 72 hours which they honoured their promise.

At approximately 15:27 today I received a call from a wonderful lady named Asisipho Ntwanambi, who assisted me with her excellent service and advice in getting a better reduced premium which has saved me +/- R180 p/m on the policy I have with Miway insurance.

I hereby acknowledge her telephone etiquette, customer service and professionalism that she gives to MiWay clients, she treated me as if I was her own client in a company she owned. She made me feel at ease and a VVIP. We had a wonderful long conversation as if we knew one another and she finally managed to give me an offer I trust no human being on this planet will decline and I thank you Asisipho for your excellent service, may the Lord our God bless you abundantly in 2018 and going forward.
