Excellent Customer Service Agent / Mr. Nhlamulo
Today 05 August 2020, I called Miway Insurance as my debit order was not collected successfully and required a re-run, I spoke to customer service agent Nhlamulo who was extremely professional and efficient in arranging the collection. In addition to this, he further approached his manager and arranged a full 10% discount on my monthly premium moving forward!!!! Now that is SERVICE!!. Thank you Nhlamulo
