At the beggining of May, I called them to renegotiate by premium after being negatively affected by Covid-19 impact. The colsultant went out of her way to assist me. She offered me a great discount on my premium. A day before debit order goes through, I received an sms from them stating that "we have reduced your May car insurance debit by R47.53". and they indeed recuced it. I have been their customer since January 2014 and still happy with them. Even when I claimed for a car accident/writte-off in 2016, they settled my claim promptly within 2 weeks. A call back service they offer is just a cherry on top as it saves airtime for customers. I recomend Miway to anyone shopping for insurance.
