excellent customer service: Adelaide Thwala(6/01/2017)

<p>I received wonderful service from Adelaide Thwala about 20 minutes ago regards the Miway accidental and death insurance.</p> <p> </p> <p>From the month of November 2016, I wanted to cancel this policy due to not completely understanding the advantages of having the policy.</p> <p> </p> <p>Emails were sent before regards cancellation with no joy yet Adelaide through her patience, product knowledge and courteous feedback, I have opted to increase cover and not cancel the policy.</p> <p> </p> <p>She took the time to read my feedback and concerns and I am now a happy client.</p> <p> </p> <p>I encourage all agents to take the time out to read and act on the clients feedback messages like Adelaide did as more business could be retained and maintained by Miway. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thumbs up to her and she deserves an Employee of the month award.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks again to Adelaide Thwala.</p>
