And witin 5 minutes a friendly and calm person by the name Tshepiso from MIWAY called me and assisted me so efficiently and helpful in this very confusing situation. He is excellent and an asset to his company. Well done and thank you for your patience. He called me again this morning to check how I am and advise what the next step is and where my car is.
