<p>I called MiWay wirth regards to a quote on my vehicle that could possibly decerease, the assitance I got from Mosa was quite exceptional. She went out of her way to give me a thorough explaination of what I was callilng about and went beyond by helping in issues that I had but not related. She even appeased the anger I had because I had called earlier on and held on for 20 minutes and that person hung up on me...so in short she made my day and I hope she gets recognition, as I believe that this isn't a once off thing.</p>
