Excellent customer service

<p>I wated to cancel my car insurance since I am losing my job the end of Sept. I was referred to Diego. His service was outstanding, he gave me options on how I can secure my insurance without cancelling it. He told me I can put my insurance on hold for 2 months and if my situation does not change then I should call Miway prior to the 01 of December then I can be given partial insurance just to ensure that I am at least covered even if its just for a third party.</p> <p> </p> <p>Diego was patient, assisted me to understand in my language. He was indeed helpful and would not mind referring my friend to talk to him for advice.</p> <p>Thank you Diego for you excellent service, please keep it up</p>
