Excellent Customer Service

<p>This morning i had a problem with my car battery, Tshepiso called me to assist. He kept in touch all the way, even offered to let my Senior at work know that i will be late as i have a situation. He continued checking me until i arrived at work, even offerred advice on how to avoid the problem in future. i coulnt ask for anything better, he ws just too great.</p>
