Excellent Customer Service
I spoke to Katlego this morning, asking her about reducing my premium (considering that I've been working from home for almost a year now).
She was extremely friendly, professional and polite. It was such a pleasure speaking to her. She made me feel confident in her ability to assist me with my request.
